Rang me up claiming I’d signed up for some sort of off-line trading. When I stated that I hadn't, their tone turned rather unpleasant.

I've been on the receiving end of similar calls and whenever I express my disinterest and request them to cease contacting me, they simply persist with their sales spiel and get rather rude. To top it off, they had the audacity to suggest that if I coughed up £200 for a service, all these irritating calls would be a thing of the past - as if that's in any way credible!
