I recently received a call from this number. A chap named Issac was trying to sell me bonds for a firm called Lisarb Energy. They even sent me a hefty 47-page prospectus via email. However, when I tried to ring back, I couldn't get through to anyone. Quite odd, really!

I noticed a bit of background chatter for a moment, and as soon as I tried to chime in, they abruptly disconnected. Now, I can’t seem to get through to them again. Feels a bit suspect, if you ask me-must have blocked my number!
