Some bloke rang up saying my PPI claim had gone through and congratulated me. He couldn’t say much about who handled it or where I made the claim, but asked me to confirm the payout amount and my bank info for the payment. Thing is, I sorted that claim about 8 years back and got all the money then - everything was dealt with ages ago.
