Not sure who that was ringing, but my mum picked up and some woman with an Asian accent just said, "Hello, how are you?" My mum got suspicious straight away and asked them what the call was about. As soon as she asked, they just cut the call. She also said there was a lot of traffic noise in the background, so they were probably just fishing for info. We've gone ahead and blocked the number now, so heads up - watch out for this kind of dodgy call.

Beware of scam call centres! If you get a text from O2, it will tell you NOT TO SHARE THE CODE WITH ANYONE, not even O2 employees. Just pay attention to the message and let the scammers know you have to follow the instructions there, so you can't give them the code. That text is really from your provider, sent because someone tried to access your account. Without that code, they can't get in or change your login info. PLEASE STAY SAFE AND DON’T HAND OVER ANY DETAILS!
