Today, my home phone rang at precisely 08:25 on the 7th of August, 2024. I chose to let it go through to voicemail, but intriguingly, no message was recorded. I have a strong suspicion that this could be a SCAM.

I received a query regarding spray foam insulation, but when I mentioned we didn't use that particular material, the caller pressed further about what type of insulation we had instead. That prompted me to end the conversation.

Dodgy callers masquerading as those concerned with energy conservation and cavity wall insulation. Total con artists. I’ve now blocked the number!

Strange, really. They’re inquiring about someone I’ve never heard of at this number. I’d advise against sharing any details—better to play it safe, I reckon.
