Looks like a scam to me. Voxbone S.A. was a cloud communications firm out of Belgium but got bought by a US company called Bandwidth back in 2020. Loads of people on sites like Trustpilot and Who-Called.co.uk keep saying they get dodgy calls from numbers starting with 02045, especially those tied to Voxbone.
