5 monthsThis was a dodgy call coming from an O2 number. First, they managed to get into my SIM and cut off my data access. Then, when I answered, the caller pretended to be from the provider, telling me I'd used up all my data. They offered me an extra 10GB for £2, but wanted loads of personal info and my card details to "sort it out".
