Some bloke called claiming he was Ben from Microsoft Windows registration. I told him straight away there’s no computer here. He kept insisting there was, but I just said no again. Then he suddenly switched and asked if he should de-register my gear so it wouldn’t be protected anymore. Sounds like a total scam to me. I asked where he was calling from and he said Oregon, USA. This was the third time this week he’s rang - first two times I didn’t pick up.

Got a call from some aggressive bloke saying he's from Microsoft. Hang up on him, then he called me back only to start shouting insults at me. What a waste of time!

Someone rang saying they were from Windows security and my PC was at risk. I said it’s a work laptop, and the company sorts all that, plus we use Apple devices for personal stuff. They wouldn’t accept that and kept pushing. They even rang me again later. I just hung up and blocked the number.

This one said they were from Windows Security. My mum, who’s a bit older, thought it was about double glazing and just politely told them no thanks and hung up. The person called back straight away asking why she ended the call. Thankfully, she was sharp enough to say it was a scam and that she’d be reporting them, then they quickly hung up.

So the first time I picked up, they were asking for me by my full name. I asked who it was, but they just kept pressing if I was actually me. I hung up straight away. Then they rang me back almost immediately! I still wouldn't say who I was and ended the call again. On the third try, I told them outright they were scammers and to stop bothering me. The fourth time, I ignored it and let it go to voicemail. Funny thing is, they haven’t rung back since, and it’s been about 10 minutes now! They claimed to be calling from Microsoft - yeah, right!

I keep getting calls from someone with an Asian accent pretending to be from "Windows" support. They rang me a few times earlier this week and today they’ve already phoned about four times in just a few minutes, even after I told them to leave me alone. Definitely a scam!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Microsoft, saying my computer was hacked. They tried to get access but I told them no way. They kept ringing back over and over, being really pushy. I asked for their info but they wouldn’t give it. Hung up on them, but they called again, this time getting quite rude. I called them out as scammers and told them to buzz off! Been getting scam calls like this all day. The number was 02045687455.

Someone called and asked for my mum by her name, saying there was some problem with her Windows computer. Thing is, she doesn’t even own a Windows device. The caller was really rude too. They rang back straight away and kept calling again and again. Total nightmare. Definitely a scam. Avoid them!

I received a call from a woman with an Asian accent, claiming to be from Microsoft's technical support, insisting my computer had been compromised. However, when I pointed out that I was using an Apple device, she seemed utterly flummoxed. Quite the comical interaction!

This number kept calling me about 'Windows support' or something like that, saying my computer was being hacked by loads of people. They rang me about four times. What really freaked me out was they knew stuff that's not even in any phone directory - like my postcode and the name of my house.

Got a call from a scammer, called me three times! When I told her it was a scam, she got all shocked and asked how I figured it out! Lol 😂

This number keeps ringing me NON STOP and the people on the other end are absolutely horrible. If I had their address, I wouldn’t hesitate to pay them a visit and give them a piece of my mind. Seriously, there should be some kind of automatic block system on the central line for callers like this who get loads of complaints. It’s just ridiculous!

They kept ringin me, but everytime my answerphone started, the call got cut off right away. Then they’d call straight back again, quite a few times in a row! Honestly, I hope they had to pay for each try!

So this bloke rings me up and asks if I’m John. When I say no, he snaps back with "who the hell are you?" I told him, if you’ve no clue who you’ve dialled, why bother calling? He just got angrier and started shouting at me, so I hung up. He then called me like five more times but by then I was done, just left it unanswered. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened either. He sounded like he had an accent from abroad.

They kept ringing me over and over, claiming to be from Windows and saying my computer was hacked. When I asked for more details, they put me through to a supervisor. I refused to give the info she wanted, and then she got really rude and called me names. Did a full Norton scan after, nothing wrong with my PC at all.

I received a rather suspicious call from a lady purporting to be representing Windows, informing me that my Windows licence had been compromised. Curiosity got the better of me, and when I inquired about her location, she insisted she was based in the USA, despite the fact that her phone number was clearly registered in the UK. Quite the conundrum, I must say!
