28 daysGot a call from a 3 mobile number, they said they wanted to check if I had any problems with my signal and offered a 25% discount on my bill. Then they started asking for my email and other details, which I didn’t give. Seemed like a total scam to me.1 monthI got a call from a guy with a foreign accent who said his name was Mosahmed and he claimed to be from the 3 network. At first, he asked if I'd been having any problems with my signal. Then he mentioned some deal about a 25% discount because of the Vodafone merger, but only if I could confirm my info. I told him I wasn’t interested in sharing any details and he just said goodbye and hung up. Honestly, he seemed pretty polite for someone I thought might be trying to scam me, so I guess he deserves some credit for that.MosahmedVodafone2 monthsDid some bloke rambling on about being from Three or whatever, so I just ended the call. Three never phones from a landline anyway.3 monthsThis number calls quite a lot. It buzzed on our car phone while me and my husband were in the car, and they wanted to talk to him. I asked who it was, but then they just hung up straight away. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.4 monthsMaking out to be from Three asking if I have experienced any network issues advised not. Went on to say as Three have merged with Vodafone they are offering customers 20% discount off there monthly payments until the end of the contract. Whilst I was on the call there was a lady on the phone in the background getting very aggressive with whoever she was speaking with. I asked can you just remind me how much I am paying at the moment ...no surprise they hung up!!ThreeWentVodafone4 monthsGot a call that rang for just a few seconds, then nothing - no voicemail left either. I checked it out and it was flagged as spam, so I just blocked the number straight away.5 monthsGot a call from someone with a foreign accent about THREE - problem is, we don't even have that network! When I asked where they got our number from, she just said "from a list". Then when I asked for her number, she got really snappy. Honestly, THREE and O2 need to put a stop to these callers because they’re making your brands look bad.5 monthsI've had 3 calls from this number. Caller says they are from Three Mobile and can offer me a discounted bill. I asked if it would start a new contract (as usually this is the case), to which she replied that it would not. This raised some suspicion as usually it would require a new contract. They then asked me to confirm my name. I told them they should already have those details to which she replied that she just needed to confirm the details. She asked me to confirm my postcode and when I began it was clear that she did not have my details in front of her so I hung up. She has rung twice more since then and I have hung up both times. I've since realised that I'm not with Three, I'm with a MVNO that uses Three's infrastructure.CallerThree MobileThree5 monthsI got a call saying they’re upgrading my o2 SIM card to 5G and offering me some discounts as well.6 monthsThe phone kept buzzing a couple times but since it showed up as spam I just didn't pick up.7 monthsGot a call from someone claiming they could knock 20% off my bills, but it was odd because she didn’t even bother to ask my name or say hers. Felt a bit off, so I just ended the call.Submit Your Own Report (020 4568 4430)
