I've been plagued by these persistent callers for what feels like an eternity now. They seem intent on peddling some sort of investment scheme, and over the past couple of months alone, they've ringed me up a staggering ten times! Thankfully, I've managed to block them through my Android using the "Call Blocker UK" app, which effectively halts all calls originating from the UK. This harassment has dragged on for years, and on numerous occasions - prior to downloading the blocking app - I pleaded with them to cease their calls and to take me off their list. Is this even permitted under UK law?
