This is a genuine company that does surveys for the government, NHS, HMRS, and others. They’re a non-profit group, and after you finish a survey, they send a £20 voucher as a thank you. I've joined in with their surveys a few times each year since before lockdown. (You can choose to do the surveys online and they send you the link through email.)
