They said they were from o2, saying I could get a discount on my deal, but there was loads of noise in the background, sounded like a big call centre just ringing lots of numbers trying to con folks.

Got a call from an unknown number. A lady with a heavy Asian accent said she was from my mobile network. It was really hard to catch what she was saying because there was loads of noise and other voices chatting in the background. Even when I asked her to say it again, nothing made much sense. I told her I didn’t think she was genuine and that she probably couldn’t assist me, then ended the call.
