Got a call from someone saying they were with Carphone Warehouse, trying to sell me a bargain phone deal - sounded way too good to be true. Definitely felt like a call centre pitch or something like that. The guy on the line mentioned he was Muslim, which was a bit random.

Loads of crackling sounds and then a big pause before anyone said anything - that usually means trouble! The caller claimed they were from Currys PC World with some special deals. I didn’t bother listening, just hung up and blocked them straight away. My number’s on the TPS list too, so they’re definitely not playing by the rules.
