This morning, I received a call from someone claiming I owed money. I swiftly ended the conversation and promptly blocked the number. Not long after, a different yet similar number rang me up with the same nonsense. I informed them that I was well aware it was a scam, and to my surprise, the caller hung up on me without another word.

I received a call from a chap who sounded Asian, and he greeted me by my first name, claiming to represent the "Credit Investigation Department." When I probed a bit about which company he was affiliated with, he threw in the name FAA and proceeded to deliver the usual spiel about my file being handed over to them. He then started inquiring about any unsecured debts I might have. I thought it rather amusing and pointed out that since he supposedly had my file, he’d surely know my financial situation better than I would. This clearly ruffled his feathers a bit, as he became noticeably flustered before I decided to end the call and promptly block his number. Take my advice, do not engage-this is simply a ruse aimed at extracting personal information from you.

I've been getting calls from this number claiming I have unpaid debts. The thing is, I don't owe anything - no loans, no credit, not even a mortgage! It's utterly baffling how they've managed to get hold of my number. It feels like I'm being bombarded, as I'm receiving about five to six similar calls daily. I block one number, and another one pops up almost instantly!
