After looking through the comments, it’s clear this is a scam, maybe linked to an energy company and quite likely from an Indian call centre? I’ve already had three calls but from another number, 01313741406, although on my phone it showed up as this 020 number. I picked up and some Indian guy was trying to sell me something about energy contracts. I've blocked them now.
