2 yearsGot a call from some energy advisor about loft insulation the other day. They mentioned that lots of homes in my postcode have already had surveys done. Apparently, my place has that old yellow fluffy insulation which apparently can bring damp and mould. They asked if I’d had it checked since it was put in. I said no. Then they asked if I owned the house - I told them no. They just said thanks and ended the call quickly.
