That number from 02 is definitely a scam, spoke to some Indian bloke who was really hard to understand. Told him right off it was a scam and he got quite rude. Best thing to do is ignore and block this one for sure, these are scammers without doubt!

Got a text from O2 saying I could get some money off my bill if I sent them a code. Never told them any code, but ended up on the phone with them for like 20 minutes. They kept saying I gave the wrong code and got really rude, even making threats against my family! After that, things got weird, they started asking personal stuff about my wife, like if she was a virgin or something. Proper scam, don’t trust these lot at all.
