Got loads of calls from this number, a guy named David who sounds Asian and keeps saying I've got some O2 sim only plan with them. Says he's ringing from O2 but honestly, I’ve never had any deal with them. Pretty sure it’s one of those dodgy spam calls trying to pull a fast one. Best thing is just to ignore or block the number straight away. Don’t waste your time chatting to them!

Somebody claiming to be from 02 didn’t even get my name or email right, so I knew straight away it was a scam. Honestly, I was daft to keep chatting with them, honestly. They kept pushing me to upgrade, and after I said no about six times, they offered me 40% off if I told them how much my bill was and gave them the six-digit code they supposedly sent me. Then they asked for my mum’s maiden name! I really shouldn’t have picked up the phone at all. Definitely a total scam!

Scam alert - they claim to be from O2, but they definitely aren’t. If you give them access to your account, they’ll supposedly upgrade your phone but actually order a completely different one, then try to intercept the delivery or fool you into sending it back. Luckily, I was quite wary and managed to stop everything before it went any further. Stay clear - O2 would never contact you like this!

No doubt, this is a total scam. I fell for it myself! They had info straight from my o2 account, which is how they managed to convince me. I know what you're all going to say... and trust me, you’re right haha. Just a heads up... avoid them at all costs!
