Right away you can tell its a scam call when they start spouting off those dodgy cheap deals. As soon as they open their mouth, you just know it's a con!!!

I’m always a bit wary when I pick up the phone and there’s nothing but silence for a few moments, then suddenly a beep and someone saying, “good afternoon sir, how are you today?” I struggle to hear on calls anyway, and these scam callers always jabber so quickly. Whenever I have to ask them to say it again, they seem totally flummoxed and usually just end the call.

For the last few months, i keep getting calls from this number every now and then. Whenever i answer, there's just a robot voice that says ‘goodbye’. Strange and kinda annoying.

I've no idea who this might be, and they didn't bother to leave a voicemail either.

I had someone posing as if they were from Vodafone trying to fish for my banking details. It was a rather dodgy situation!

He claimed he was ringing from either O2 or Vodafone. I told him straight up, "You're not, you're a scammer from India." Then he said, "No, I'm actually calling from Pakistan," and just hung up. I blocked the number right away after that.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Vodafone. I asked for some info about my account, but then they just ended the call. No shock there.

Got a call from someone claiming their service was ending and they needed my bank card info to refund a subscription I never signed up for. Totally dodgy if you ask me!

This is the third time this week that someone claiming to be from ‘Vodaphone’ has called me. Every time I told them to remove me from their calling list, and they always promised to do so. When they called the third time, I told the bloke to give me his own mobile number and let him know I’d ring him back when it’s the least convenient for him. What a laugh!

I picked up when this number rang but as soon as I said "Hi" the other end just cut off.

I got a call on my mobile from 02045389178 which seemed like a VOIP number. There was a woman with a foreign accent on the line, and all she did was keep repeating "hello?" The whole time, I could hear loads of background noise. Definitely a dodgy scammer trying their luck.

My phone lit up with an amber warning saying it might be a scam, so I just ignored the call. Later, I searched the number here and saw loads of bad reviews saying it's some kind of bank scam pretending to be from O2 😒 absolute scammers. Seems even fresh numbers like mine aren’t safe. Honestly, it’s getting annoying! Dunno how they manage to pull it off. Take care everyone and good luck out there. 🙂

Just got a call, no one spoke and they cut off after like ten seconds. Dead air, really strange.
