Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise. Immediately blocked it since it was a total scam. Even though we’re registered with the TPS, these dodgy calls still manage to get through.

Got a dodgy call claiming to be from Vodafone, total phishing scam. Definitely NOT a UK number, so ignore it!

I’d bet it’s probably one of those scams.

This number wasn’t saved in my contacts and they didn’t bother to leave a voicemail, so I’m guessing it’s just some sort of scam.

I normally ignore calls from numbers I don’t recognise, but I always look them up on this website first. I’m really happy I started doing this because it saves me from getting caught up in all those scam calls.

Some bloke rang up saying there was a 40% off my Vodafone bill. I asked a few questions, he had an Indian accent, and after I pressed him twice, he just hung up on me. Quite dodgy if you ask me.

Got a call from this number but no sound, just silence. They said they were with Vodafone but seemed fishy to me. Definitely a scam, so best not to pick up!

I usually ignore calls from numbers I don't recognise, and after seeing all these comments, I'm really happy I do. Just blocked this number too - clearly another spam call.

I got one of those dodgy call centre calls again, some bloke with a South Asian accent calling himself "Brian Martin" and pretending to be from Vodafone. Yeah, like I'd fall for that! I’m not even with Vodafone anyway. Then he just hangs up on me. This is the second time this week I’ve had a call like that. If you want, you can look up these numbers on the official ‘Is it Vodafone calling?’ site to see if they’re legit.

I received a call supposedly from my mobile service provider, but I can assure you it wasn’t them. Quite clearly a scam! Interestingly, I’ve had similar dodgy calls from Sheffield and Nottingham in the past few weeks.

I received no response and there was no voicemail left behind. Nonetheless, I've managed to uncover some details regarding this number. It appears to be registered with Twilio Ireland Limited and is linked to scams, with callers pretending to be from Vodafone. Although the area code suggests it’s from London, England, it operates through VoIP, making it impossible to trace the real whereabouts of the caller.

He claimed to be ringing from Vodafone, but I ended the call without hesitation. As a current Vodafone customer, I can assure you that it was certainly not them on the other end. I'm fairly certain this was a scam.

I received a rather dodgy call from folks masquerading as Vodafone, claiming they could give me a discount on my current plan while keeping all my existing perks. The funny thing is, I don’t even have an account with them!

I usually just ignore calls from unknown numbers, but this morning I was a bit distracted and picked up. It was a woman who said she was calling on behalf of O2 and offering a hefty 40% discount. Seemed pretty dodgy to me, so I ended the call straight away.

Got calls from this same Indian lady who's rang me from Leeds, London, Ullapool, and even Wales - she's definitely been around! You hear the usual call centre chatter in the back, and she always kicks off with "hello sir, how are you?" If you hang up, she'll ring back at least twice, pretty persistent. Honestly, these people aren't offering anything good, just hassle. Don’t fall for it, never give out your details, just end the call nicely. She’ll be back with a different number soon enough. It started off as proper harassment, now it’s just really irritating. Bit sad, really...

Received a call claiming to be from "O2," promising me a 30% discount on my bill. When I expressed my doubts and suggested it sounded fishy, they reassured me with a quick "nooo" before abruptly ending the call. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

I received a call from +44 20 4538 8574 initially, then they disconnected and tried calling again from a withheld number, probably thinking they were being clever. Honestly, I wouldn’t bother answering. You’re the target here; even if they aren’t pushing a sale, they’ll log your number as active and end up peddling it, along with your details, to other dodgy outfits. Stay vigilant!

Received a call purporting to be from "O2." As soon as I mentioned that I wasn't keen and wished them a pleasant day, they resorted to foul language several times during the conversation. Clearly a scam operation, without a doubt.
