They keep dropping messages that are all garbled - no clue who it’s actually from.

I’ve been using HATS Hospital Transport for my trips to the hospital, and they’re actually legit. Definitely reliable for getting to appointments.

Got a call from some robotic person with a thick accent saying they were NHS hospital transport. First thing, they asked for my name and where I lived. I hung up straight away.

I got in touch with patient transport at Kings College Hospital about this number, and they told me it’s legit - a company called HATS TRANSPORT. Their role is to confirm whether transport is still needed for patients at Kings College. So yeah, this call is definitely genuine and not some dodgy scam.

I picked up the phone and got some kind of robotic message saying something like "Sorry, we've made a mistake," but with a bit of an American twang. Then the call just ended. Made me think maybe they were checking which numbers actually picked up.

I answered but there was no one there.

I picked up and there was quite a delay before the person on the other end replied. So, I just hung up straight away!

I'm not from London nor do I require any hospital transport, yet I've had two calls from them today. Didn't answer either time, and I'm definitely going to block them now.

This is a genuine number. They ring to confirm if you're still planning to travel because loads of people shift their bookings but forget to inform them, so the car arrives for no reason.

From what I've heard, it might be a company called HATS Group. They usually provide transport services, picking patients up from home to take them to hospital appointments, then dropping them back. Lately, though, there’s been talk about scammers trying to get people to leave voice messages, which they use to copy your voice and possibly get into your bank accounts to nick your cash. This number called me twice over the past couple of days. I hung up straightaway and sent an email to HATS Group to check what's really happening. Still waiting on their response.

My elderly neighbour got a call today from someone saying they were from the Hacks? group, talking nonsense about the hospital which really confused her. I've tried to contact someone to get them to stop bothering her but haven’t had any luck so far. It’s really upsetting to see her so unsettled.
