Just to say, this isn't some sort of con, its a legit call from the tide upgrades crew. They messaged me straight through the tide app to verify everything was real before making the call. They then checked my ID and sorted me out with a free 2 month upgrade to their cashback plan, which came with loads of perks. Brilliant service overall, really chuffed with how they looked after me.
