The person on the other end claimed to be from a reputable mobile provider, but it was quite clear he was a scammer! He mentioned something about special offers from Curry's PC World. I've taken the precaution of blocking this number!

Some bloke called himself Alex, but I’m sure that wasn’t his real name. He asked if I was alright, and I croaked out a “not really”. Next thing, the call just got cut off! Had a bit of a laugh with that one. Can’t remember the company he claimed to be from either.

Got a call off Carphone Warehouse tryin to sell me a new Nokia. When I told them I wasn’t interested, the bloke started cussing me out and even went on about things he’d done to his mum. Honestly, if they ring you, prepare yourself for the abuse! Absolutely top-notch customer service, not.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Curry’s PC World mobile deals, which made me suspicious right away! They started talking about a special offer on a Blackberry and asked what phone I was using. I ended up hanging up straight away.

Got a call that showed as silenced, so I decided to look it up and guess what - it turned out to be a scam. I’ve blocked the number straight away. Honestly, the government needs to do something about these dodgy calls. It’s so annoying getting pestered by people who have no right to ring me in the first place.
