Right from the start, she was all about government loft insulation checks. Had to cut her off and ask which company she was with, but she dodged the question saying something like "we’re just the energy hub." Then she quickly jumped back into trying to convince me to get a "free inspection." Felt way too aggressive to be legit.

Picked up but there was nothing on the other end, just silence. Definitely looks like a scam, so I’ve blocked the number.

Right after I picked up, she jumped straight into a long spiel about being some energy advisor local to the area, but wouldn’t tell me which company she was working for. She just kept going on and on.
