Phone number ☎️ 02045373050 👆 is reported as a number used by someone named Jay Bennett offering washing machine insurance or warranty renewals, often stating previous cover has expired. Callers tend to be polite but the legitimacy is questionable, especially as many recipients have never had such policies or own the machines mentioned. It appears to be a common tactic encouraging people to pay for something not previously purchased. Some users have flagged it as a potential scam or misleading call, with no pressure applied if questioned firmly. Overall, exercise caution when receiving calls claiming to offer warranty reinstatements without prior agreement or insurance.

So this guy named Jay Bennett rang me up saying my washing machine's insurance had expired and wanted me to cough up £122 to keep it going for another three years. Thing is, I got the washing machine second hand about four years back, so I’m a bit iffy about how genuine this offer was. The bloke was quite polite, but I can't say I fully trusted what he was telling me.

I received a call from a chap named Jay Bennett who was keen to sell me some insurance for my washing machine, claiming that my previous coverage had lapsed. The thing is, I’ve never held a policy for that appliance, as I purchased it second hand! He was asking for £121 for a three-year warranty. Absolutely not!

I'm in the same boat - don't have a washing machine at all. It's quite the ruse, honestly. Just a heads up to everyone!

Got a call about "re-activating insurance coverage" for white goods. Thing is, we've never even bought any insurance or warranty from them. I told them straight away, nicely though, and they were cool about it and ended the call. I've heard this kind of thing before - "re-instate" makes it sound like you already signed up. Glad they were polite and didn't hassle me.
