Got a call from some dodgy folks trying to push me into filing a whiplash injury claim. They kept saying I needed to speak to their “claims team” but I ended the call as soon as they tried to transfer me. They had no idea about my actual insurance and clearly didn’t have all the info. So watch out and don’t be quick to give your personal details to these people.
