Someone rang me saying they were from O2 and that I needed a new SIM card but they didn’t really explain why. Last year they gave some story about the merger between O2 and Virgin. Turns out it’s a scam to get access to your O2 account. I actually got caught out by it last year since I used to be with Virgin before, lesson learned tho, never again!
