Absolutely a dodgy operation! They went on about how the calls were being recorded and all that jazz. The moment I questioned the authenticity of the call, they got really touchy. They insisted they could help me reclaim funds from companies, claiming I’d been overcharged on stuff like car finance.

I recently had a rather dodgy encounter with a con artist who insisted I was owed a refund because certain financial firms had been charging me excessively. This individual claimed that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) was in the process of penalising these companies for failing to meet their obligations while peddling their services. To add insult to injury, this fraudster suggested they could assist me in reclaiming my money, but only for a nominal fee. What a nerve!
