Definitely a dodgy call. They started off talking about how the call was being recorded and all that. When I asked if it was a genuine call, they got all defensive. They said they could help me reclaim money because companies had overcharged me on stuff like car loans.

Some bloke called me up saying I was owed a refund from a few financial firms who apparently overcharged me. He went on about how the FCA was cracking down on companies that failed to look after their customers properly. Then he said he could sort out my refund, but I’d have to pay a little fee first. Bit dodgy if you ask me.
