So this guy rings up saying he's from O2, wanting to chat about some benefits, but I ain't with O2 at all. He called me twice today and once yesterday. Swear I blocked the number yesterday though, bit annoying!

I received a call purporting to be from O2, stating they could offer me a hefty 40% discount. They even texted me a message, instructing me to share it exclusively with them. Naturally, I hung up, but wouldn’t you know it, they rang me again right after I’d finished a legitimate chat with O2, posing as if they were merely following up. Quite the dodgy operation, if you ask me!

Got a call from someone saying they were EE and could slash my bill by 40%. Problem is, I’m not even an EE customer. Totally dodgy call!

Earlier, my sister fell victim to a scammer claiming to be from 02. He had loads of her info - her email, address, date of birth, even account details. He promised a 40% discount on her 02 phone, and she genuinely believed him since he knew about her contract. Anyway, he tried to get into her email and even attempted buying phones using her account. What's worse, he was really nasty, making crude remarks and swearing a lot. Honestly, this bloke is a real threat and should be dealt with before more people get caught out.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with O2, had a chat and told him I wasn’t interested. Then he just started telling me to get lost and ended the call. Tried ringing back but it seemed like a scam, what a knobhead.

Someone with an Indian accent called me claiming to be from O2. Felt a bit iffy about it so I just ended the call. Checked this site and turns out I wasn’t wrong to be suspicious.

Got messages from a bloke saying he was with O2, but it was all fake obviously. The texts looked like they were from O2 but I knew straight away it was a scam. Definitely don’t trust these lads!

I haven’t picked up since I keep my phone on do not disturb, but they’ve rang me like four times just this past hour.

Some bloke said he was from 02, telling me about a 40% discount. I asked him to send the details by post or email since he supposedly had all my account info. Suddenly, he just cut the call! Total scam, watch out!

Unfortunately, I got tricked because I’m with O2 and they already had all my info without me giving anything away. Made me believe it was legit, and now they’ve gone ahead and purchased the latest iPhone on my O2 account.

Same old story, got a bloke on the line with a proper English name but sounding like he’s from India. He said he was calling from O2, so I just played along for a bit before telling him straight up he was a con artist. That’s when he got all rude, so I gave some back. Honestly, when will these lot just stop bothering us?

Got a call from someone claiming to be with O2 and offering a 40% discount, but I don’t even have O2. They said they would send a couple of texts, then my call just cut off. This was the third time these scammers have called me. On top of that, I’ve been getting texts asking if I’m the personal trainer someone named Lucy recommended. Loads of those messages. I’ve reported the texts to 7726.

Over the last couple of days, I got called twice by someone who didn't even know my name. Pretty sure it's just some kind of scam.

Got a call from what claimed to be "O2" trying to sell me a bogus 40% discount deal. The number was 020 8080 3266, very similar to one I got a few days earlier. When I rang them back, they said they were some kind of "consultaty services" (yeah, spelled like that). Didn’t like it one bit, especially when I asked for my info under UK GDPR - they weren't happy about that at all.

I keep getting calls daily from someone claiming to be with O2, but they have a really thick Indian accent. They ring me using different numbers like 02034104688, 02034104679, and 02080803266. Definitely seems shady and not genuine.

So this bloke called saying he was from O2 and told me he'd send a couple of texts for me to open and just let them do their thing. When I asked for his name, he suddenly got quite rude, which actually made me laugh. If you’ve ever heard an Indian guy swearing in dodgy English, it’s a bit like one of those scenes from an old comedy film where it’s just so ridiculous, like he’s angry at me for no reason. Proper funny!

Some lads from a call centre claiming to be from 02 called me, said something about a 40% discount and sending me a couple of texts. Then suddenly, the line just went dead. Probably a trainee scammer trying their luck! 🤦🏻🤦🏻

Some bloke called claiming he was from O2, said he’d send me a couple texts and to open them up and let ’em do their thing. But when I asked who he was, he started getting all shouty and rude. Honestly, it was kinda funny - there’s something about an Indian chap cursing in patchy English that’s just a mad experience, like some bad scene out of a dodgy film or something. Proper odd!

Got a ring from this number, they were trying to pitch some insurance policy to me. I said no thanks nicely and assumed that’d be the end of it. But now they keep ringing back, sometimes there’s nothing on the line and other times they just hang up straight away. Bit strange if you ask me.
