I picked up the phone but the call ended right away - it only rang about 4 times before I answered. Strange how it just dropped like that.

I can’t say for certain if it’s spam, but there was this chap who rambled on about worldwide inflation and encouraged me to get into trading. He claimed he wasn't trying to sell anything, just that he was holding a trading class for some company - the name of which has completely slipped my mind. He was courteous enough, but wouldn't let me off the phone even after I expressed my lack of interest. Quite persistent, I must say!

I had a rather curious interaction with a woman who introduced herself as Ruth. She mentioned something about signing me up for an online trading class, claiming that I had expressed an interest in trading before-which, to be honest, I find hard to believe! When I told her that I hadn’t actually looked into trading and wasn't keen on joining the session, she maintained her composure and bid me farewell quite graciously. What puzzles me, though, is how they managed to get hold of my phone number in the first place! I wouldn’t exactly label this as spam, but I’m left feeling a bit bewildered about the whole situation.
