I picked up the phone but the call ended right away - it only rang about 4 times before I answered. Strange how it just dropped like that.

I’m not entirely certain it was a scam, but the bloke was going on about global inflation and urged me to begin trading. He mentioned he wasn’t trying to sell anything but was hosting some kind of trading workshop at a company - can’t recall the name though. He was quite courteous, yet kept the phone call going even after I told him I wasn’t interested.

A woman called Ruth rang me up, claiming I signed up for a trading course online, which I’m quite sure I never did. She invited me to join this trading class, insisting I showed interest before. When I told her I hadn’t asked about anything like that and wasn’t interested, she was actually quite polite and just said goodbye. I have no clue how they got my phone number though. It didn’t seem like typical spam, but I’m still a bit unsure about the whole thing.
