Watch out, these people are fraudsters. I got a call from someone claiming to be a travel agent who clearly wanted to con me. Best to stay well clear of them.

This bloke claimed he was from BT and wanted to check if we'd switched to digital. If he actually was from BT, he’d probably have that info already. Not quite sure what game he was playing, but he warned us we'd still be on the old system and risk losing our connection. I gave him a bit of info but later looked it up on Google, and it turns out the number belongs to some place called Colt Technology - no idea who they are.
