I’d say it's best to steer clear of this one. The person on the line came across like they were working in a call centre - quite unsure and hard to make out what they were actually saying.

I got loads of calls from them today. At first, they asked for my debit card expiry date, saying it was to put a stop to cold calls, which sounded a bit dodgy. Then they claimed BT charges £10 a month to block those calls - seems like complete nonsense to me. They wouldn’t give up and kept ringing, even after I put the phone down. Proper annoying!
