4 yearsI received a rather dubious call yesterday, claiming to be about some bitcoin funds that were supposedly waiting for me-£11,000, to be precise. They insisted that I log onto my computer and access their system to verify my supposed funds. It appears they had somehow obtained my identification details and were trying to convince me that I had this amount available, complete with a 3% commission for their "assistance" in locating it. They even provided an address: 13 St James's Square in Guildford. However, that location doesn’t seem to exist, nor does the phone number they provided. Strangely enough, they even designated a parking spot for me to visit their office today. To make matters worse, the postcode they gave me was definitely not Guildford-it was for a place that starts with SS. When I rang the number back, someone answered, but now they're completely unresponsive. If you happen to get a similar call, I strongly advise against engaging with their requests.
