So, I was already on a call when this number rings up asking if I’m Ronald Rondalson. I kept saying “what?” cos I couldn’t catch what they were trying to say. They kept asking if I was Ronald but honestly, it just didn’t make sense, sounded like a wrong number to me. I ended the call pretty quickly. Can’t believe this number actually shows up legit. I received a phone call from a chap named Ivan, who spoke with a noticeable Asian accent and had quite a struggle with English. He claimed to be from O2, yet they haven’t got any need for my number at all. He went on about verifying a six-digit PIN, which raised all my red flags. It’s clear as day that it’s a scam. They’ve managed to siphon money from my account and are even placing orders for mobile phones!

This lot claiming to be from Cabot offering free wireless are total con artists. Numbers like 02045209022858 or ending in 40 36, plus 03447987008916, which is really 07899781326 if they keep ringing. They’re so persistent. Best thing is report them as spam and block straight away. They even send letters that look real but aren’t sent yet, using all sorts of tricks - fake surveys, vouchers, debt collectors, closed accounts - all just to get into your wifi. Stay sharp!

Got a call from XLN about my broadband, some really annoying bloke who laughed when I said I wasn’t sure about phone systems. Then he started guessing how much I pay my current provider. Definitely wouldn’t use a service from someone so unprofessional.

The call quality was awful. The bloke was quite impolite… mentioned somethin about a survey because of connection issues near me. Seemed dodgy to me. The man spoke with a really strong Indian accent and was quite pushy. Definitely felt like a scam trying to gather personal info or something else.

It made me suspicious so I looked up the number, turned out it’s from XLN (and connected to Onebill too). I also read their Google reviews and they’re pretty awful. Be cautious!

Got a call from someone selling a cloud phone system. Told them we’re on the Corporate Telephone Preference Service list, but he just acted like he didn’t know and kept pushing the sale hard.
