Got a call from some scammer and the second I picked up, they just ended it. Then it showed on my screen like the line was busy when they tried ringing me. Weird behaviour, definitely not legit.

Picked up the call but they hung up right away. This number keeps ringing me non stop, definitely a scam. I've gone ahead and blocked it now.

Got a call from a.com about a delivery they said was on its way. The caller wanted to ask me some questions to verify my identity, but i told him I wasn’t comfortable sharing info when I couldn’t be sure he was legit. He just said he’d have to hang up then. Honestly, saying "let me confirm your identity first" is probably the quickest way to freak people out instead of gaining their trust!

As soon as I picked up the phone to this number, the call cut off abruptly. Prior to that, I had 11 missed calls from them! I attempted to return the call multiple times afterwards, but every time I dialled, the line was persistently engaged.
