Because it's text-to-speech, only a snippet got recorded on my answerphone. I’m not sure if this is a scam or not. The message was automated. Best thing to do is look up your water company on their official website. If an automated call asks you to press any buttons, don’t do it. Let the message finish and then just think carefully about it. Always double-check on the caller's website.
