They’ve charged me £39 without my permission. I attempted to contact them using the email listed on their site, but the message was returned as undeliverable.

I gave this site a go to look up a phone number but got a bill for 50p. It wanted my email but wouldn’t accept it, said it was no good twice. I phoned the number provided and they told me to try once more and if it failed again, to call back. Then I stumbled on a review saying the site might be linked to spam calls. I’m not sure if it’s trustworthy or if the charges will keep going up. Honestly, I’m not great with tech stuff, so I’m kinda stuck on what to do next.

I rang this number and they said it was from some firm called data-app.net. They answered in French, which was a bit strange. Without my permission, they charged me £29.90 from my bank. I've tried emailing them loads of times but never got a reply. When I looked up the number, it seems linked to a fake company similar to a scam called Myonlinesearch.co.uk.

I haven't received a call from this number, but honestly, I can't even tell if it's real or just made up.
