I got a call from Better.co.uk recently, used to be called Trussle. A while back I’d asked them about remortgaging, and this call was just a follow-up about that. Definitely wasn’t a scam or anything dodgy.

Some bloke rang up pretending he was a mortgage broker, trying to get me involved in something dodgy. Felt off right from the start.

Just got a text from +447719617121 saying they’re from HMRC - something about me owing £1765.78 and needing to call 442045255422 to sort it or face legal action. Sounds dodgy to me, so I’ve already told HMRC about it. Don’t fall for it!
