Reports on phone number 02045254395
5 yearsReceived a call from some so-called energy assessors claiming they had details about new pricing options. They seemed to know which energy provider I use and had my full address as well! However, they didn’t have a clue about the type of meter I have, whether I pay monthly or by direct debit, or even the amount I’m paying-which I was certainly not going to reveal. Once they realised I wouldn't share further details, they abruptly ended the call. I have a strong suspicion I’ve encountered this chap’s voice on another number tied to a different dodgy scheme. I’m convinced this is a scam. It makes me think that they might have snagged my info from an email I had received since there are platforms that can easily obtain personal data like energy supplier affiliations and home addresses. Total scam alert! If you receive a similar call, I highly recommend you refrain from engaging or disclosing any personal details-just hang up, block the number, and report it.5 yearsI received a call from individuals claiming to be energy assessors, attempting to provide me with details on new energy tariffs. Strangely, they were already aware of my energy supplier and had my complete address on hand! However, they couldn't ascertain what type of meter I use, whether I pay via monthly payments or direct debit, or the specifics of my billing. When I refused to divulge anything, they abruptly stated that the conversation could not continue. I cannot shake the feeling that I've encountered this same voice from a different number related to some other dubious scheme, and I'm firmly convinced this is another scam. It's possible they've gathered my details either from a previous email I received or from some dubious website that collects personal information regarding energy suppliers and addresses! It's definitely a scam, folks! I urge you not to engage with them or provide any sort of information. Just hang up, block their number, and report them immediately!5 yearsI've just received a rather dodgy call claiming to be from Bulb. The caller insisted they needed to conduct a review of my account and then proceeded to inquire whether I pay monthly or via direct debit. I pointed out that if they had my details, they should already know that! To which they responded, “No.” That set off alarm bells, so I promptly hung up. I'm quite certain it was a scam rather than Bulb reaching out. I'll be getting in touch with Bulb directly to verify, but do take care if you get similar calls!Bulb5 yearsThis number has been ringing me incessantly, four times just in the past few days! I had a chat with them yesterday; they were going on about my gas and electricity. I made it quite clear that I wasn’t interested and hung up. Yet, lo and behold, they tried again today, but it was just a load of background racket. I've now gone ahead and blocked the number. It’s rather peculiar, as I’ve been inundated with calls about my utility bills ever since I switched my tariff with Eon and opted for a smart meter...Eon5 yearsUtter nonsense!5 yearsI picked up the call from this number, but they hung up immediately!5 yearsUnwanted nuisance!5 yearsEach time I pick up, there's nothing but silence!
