I keep getting calls from someone named Honora, or at least that’s what she says, from Carphone Warehouse. She always rings me from loads of different numbers like 02039895316, 02045253632 and a few others, but when I try to call back none of them work. Fingers crossed they haven’t got hold of any of my bank info or try anything dodgy with it.

Got a call on my mobile saying it might be a scam (my phone app usually spots them). I answered but didn’t say anything. After a few seconds the line just dropped. Tried calling back keeping my number private but got a message saying the call couldn’t be connected.

I called the number back and got some sort of automated message saying "now" then the line just went dead. It kept saying all circuits are busy after that.

I could tell straight away it wasn’t actually Carphone Warehouse, so I thought I’d mess about a bit and waste some of his time for a laugh. The guy said he’s been with “Carphone Warehouse” for over two years. His name’s John, but honestly, he sounded like he was calling from somewhere in India. He says he really enjoys his job and apparently likes reading when he’s off the clock. He seemed anxious to cut to the chase though… had me chuckling!

Got a call from someone who said they were from Carphone Warehouse, but honestly, I couldnt quite catch where he said he was from at first. Seemed totally dodgy to me. I told him to get lost and ended the call right away. Plus, I just upgraded to a new phone recently, and it wasnt from Carphone Warehouse, so no chance I'd fall for that anyway.
