Somehow they managed to grab my email just from my phone number, bit worrying really.

My daughter bought her provisional driving licence through this company, and afterwards they withdrew £89 from her bank for some kind of subscription. When she tried to find out what the subscription was for, the person on the phone couldn't explain. We asked for a refund but were flat out told they don’t do refunds. I rang them myself today (09/01/23), and they just repeated the same thing. I informed them the bank is sorting it out and the money will be reversed, but still they insisted they're a no-refund company. Honestly, they should be ashamed of themselves. Such a disgraceful business!

I attempted to get a provisional licence through a site and got charged £44. Then they mentioned they’d charge £89 every three months for their service, which worried me. I asked for my money back, but they only agreed to refund £34. I’ve checked my bank and haven’t seen any refund at all. Feels like a proper scam to me.
