My daughter recently made a request for her provisional driving licence through this particular firm, only to have a charge of £89 deducted from her account for some kind of subscription. When she questioned the representative about what this subscription entailed, they were utterly unable to provide an explanation. Upon requesting a refund, she was met with the rather dismissive response that they operate as a 'non-refundable company'. I reached out to them myself today (09/01/23) and encountered the exact same story. I’ve made it clear that our bank is now involved, and the funds must be returned to her account. Yet again, they repeated their non-refundable mantra. It’s truly disgraceful how they conduct their business. What a farcical operation they run!

I became uneasy when I discovered they intended to debiting £89 from my account every three months for their so-called services, so I requested a refund. To my dismay, they informed me that they'd only refund £34. I’ve since checked my bank account and there’s been no sign of any money returning. This feels like a total scam.
