Over the last twelve months, they've drained about £300 from my bank. Tried sorting it with the bank but they just don’t have a clue about what’s going on or the fine print attached. Honestly, it’s been such a pain - had to freeze my card right at Christmas and then sit around waiting for a replacement. Honestly, watch out for these lot!
