Got a call from a woman with a thick accent claiming I’d won some online contest. She said I’d entered and won, but I told her I hadn’t signed up for anything like that. She insisted I must’ve forgotten entering. I asked her to remind me what the contest was for, and she said it was a chance to win an Audi voucher! I kept saying I never took part in anything like that, especially not an Audi prize. She argued that I had, because otherwise she wouldn’t have my info. I told her again I hadn’t entered anything and then she just hung up on me.

I received a rather amusing call informing me that I'd won ten entries into a lottery syndicate. Apparently, I was one of only 150 fortunate souls out of a grand total of 1,000, and there's a chance I could snag a massive prize this evening. They promised that if fortune favours me, the winnings would be transferred to my bank account posthaste - all they needed were my banking details. How ridiculous!

I received a multitude of calls from this number, and when I finally picked up, the caller claimed I had won an Asda bonus card through some competition I allegedly entered. I insisted that it wasn't me and suggested they simply ship the prize to my address since they obviously had my details. There was a noticeable pause before I cheekily remarked that they were probably aiming to transfer it to my bank account instead. That seemed to leave them speechless! I then told them to clear off and try their luck with someone else. They promptly hung up on me. It's clearly a dubious operation!
