Got a call from a guy with a heavy Indian accent who said his name was 'Micheal'. He insisted I had lodged complaints about my accommodation, which I hadn’t. I decided to humour him and played along for a bit just out of curiosity. He mentioned issues like ‘damp, mould and cracking walls’ which sounded completely dodgy. The company names he dropped were suspicious, like something he made up, and he was desperate to keep the chat going even though I shut down every claim he made. Feels like a scam or someone trying to fish for info. Would avoid answering calls like this.
