Received a call from 02045 245361 around 2:17pm on 3rd Feb 2023. The person on the phone was a woman with an accent, saying she was from BT Openreach. She asked a lot about internet issues but my connection was working fine. She wanted me to turn on my computer gear and then asked for the IP address. Felt something was off so I didn’t give her any info. I kept her on the line for ages before hanging up and blocking the number. I’ve since told BT about it. Pretty sure it was some scammer trying to get personal details or maybe even take control of my PC.
