On the 13th of Nov '20, I got a call from these people. When I picked up, they just ended the call right away. Tried ringing them back but the line was busy and then dropped. This feels like a total scam to me, they kept asking if I’d been in any kind of accident in the past three years, which seemed really fishy. When I asked how they even got my phone number, they just cut me off straight away. Honestly, I’d say just block the number and don’t bother replying.

My elderly mum got a call from these supposed local folks claiming they were raising funds for the church nearby. Unfortunately, she ended up sharing her bank info with them since she trusted their story. Turned out to be a scam, really nasty!
