They said they were from some kind of medical firm and told me I could get a Personal Alarm. But as soon as I asked them why, they just hung up on me.

Got a call from an Asian guy claiming they could cut my boiler service and radiator costs down to £240 a year, saying it was £100 less. Seemed fishy to me so I said I didn’t buy it. They didn’t even give me a company name, which felt pretty dodgy.

Got a call from 02045206768, some Asian lady trying to sell appliance insurance with really cheap deals. She even mentioned the company I'm already signed up with. I asked her to clarify which appliance she meant, and she kept saying TV, washing machine, freezer. I told her I only have one of those covered through you lot and asked her again which one she meant. But she kept repeating the same list like she had no clue. After I asked a few more times and still no clear answer, it seemed obvious they don’t actually have the info but expect you to spill it. Then she got all rude, swore a bit, and hung up on me. Proper dodgy!
