They rang saying they were checking up on an investment enquiry I supposedly made back in August - something with Zephyr Investments, or some private equity firm. I told them I’d never heard of them and wasn’t interested at all, then asked to be taken off their list. They came back with, “Aren’t you keen on investing anymore?” I said it sounded like a scam and then they just hung up, saying they’d leave it at that. What was a bit creepy was they definitely knew my first name, and probably my surname too, even though they never mentioned it.
