Got a call from someone who wouldn't say where they got my number from. After a bit of back and forth, she finally admitted they were based in Vietnam. Talking to them is pointless because they won't accept a refusal. When I got a bit firm and mentioned legal trouble, the calls stopped. Best thing is just to block the number right away.
