They claimed to be from Home Energy Scotland? Honestly, if that was legit, they probably wouldn’t be ringing a number that’s on the TPS. I kinda wish I’d set up a home visit just so I could see who they really were.

Someone rang me looking for a different person who works at the same company. When they asked if I was them, I said no and they just ended the call. Quite impolite really.

Got a letter saying I owe money to SSE Electric, but the account number on my prepayment card is completely wrong. Bit confused by the whole thing.
